Odile Baudelaire started in fashion business working in the Sales division of the luxury Ready-to-Wear MENDES group that has been taken over by PPR (now KERING).
With the aim of extending her experience to the Buying side of the business, she worked as Fashion Manager in an International Buying and Consulting Office. She set up her company in 2004 upon request of one of her US clients, Nordstrom Department Stores. Since then other clients came on board and a both passionate and performing team joined her in the company.
Her passion for fashion and design, her curiosity, her taste for negociations and human relationships allow her to share her scouting for new talents and to advise her clients on the best retail strategy.
Having worked for the DEFI since 2011 as a Fashion Expert, her wish was to complete her activity in offering her expertise to European emerging designer brands and assisting them in their strategy and international development.
Her extensive knowledge of overseas markets allows her to initiate design collaborations . She can also bring her contribution to overseas designers in their international development.
Invited to numerous fashion weeks and conferences, Odile is member of the jury for several Paris fashion schools and is part of the TALENTS coaching program organized by the French Womenswear Federation in April 2018.
